Cessna Citation CJ1
Citation CJ1 is an Entry Level Jet manufactured by Cessna, with 5 seats and used for flights up to 2 hours with a range of 1482 km.
The Cessna Citation CJ1 (Model 525) is the first and smallest of the CJ series Cessna aircraft. It was developed as a modernized version of the original Cessna Citation Jet. Compared to the Citation Jet (Model 500), increased maximum range, better take-off performance, improved engine and cruise speed are some of its outstanding features.
Drawing attention with its practicality in landing and taking off on short runways, the CJ1 also stands out with its 5 pieces of baggage it can carry. The Citation CJ1 is equipped with the Pro Line 21 avionics package and two Williams FJ44-1A engines. With a speed of 706 km/h, the CJ1 is one of the fastest private jets in its class, considering the load it carries.
With a cabin height of 1.42 m and a cabin width of 1.45 m, the CJ1 is the preferred business jet for flights of short distance and low number of passengers. The manufacturing of the CJ1, which made its first flight in 1991, continued until 2005, when it was replaced by the CJ1+.
