Bombardier Global Express XRS
Global Express XRS is a Long Range Jet manufactured by Bombardier, with 9-16 seats and used for flights up to 12 hours with a range of 11297 km.
An evolution of the Global Express model, the Global Express XRS, offers higher cruise speed, increased range and improved cabin layout and lighting compared to its predecessor.
With a cabin height of 1.91 m, a cabin width of 2.49 m and a cabin length of 14.73 m, Global Express XRS, prioritizing the comfort, consists of three cabin sections with two fully-equipped galleys, two toilets, a meeting room and a bedroom. Ultra Electronics’ silent cabin with noise and vibration suppression is designed to make intercontinental flights very comfortable. In addition to the increased range and performance data compared to the Global Express model, the lighting system improved with LED technology creates a more spacious environment with more cabin lighting.
Designed for long distance flights, this jet’s luggage compartment allows access from the cabin and can hold up to 20 pieces of baggage. Although optionally customized, two toilets and one galley are reserved for the crew in the general layout.
Bombardier Global Express XRS, which can reach a top speed of 946 km/h, is powered by two FEDEC-controlled Rolls Royce BR710-A2-20 engines. In the cabin, Honeywell Primus 2000 XP avionics package is used.
