C560 Encore, which remained in production until 2006 until Encore+ took its place, hosted many innovations compared to previous models, especially in terms of performance. Reduced the fuel tank, modifications to the landing gear and rear linkages to allow for smoother landings, wing improvements for freezing and stalling, a new braking system and digital pressure controller are some of the innovations that reduce the workload of pilots. Honeywell Primus 1000 avionics preferred in Ultra model are also used in Encore.
On the cabin side, redesigned interior equipment, seat structure designed with more seating area and the renewed service units for a balanced air flow and temperature control are available. With all these innovations, the Cessna 560 Citation Encore has managed to balance speed, range and comfort well in its category.
