Gokceada Airport is a civil airport located in Gokceada, Canakkale. The airport was built for domestic and private jet charter flights and has a 1200 m² domestic terminal. The terminal building has one arrivals hall, one departures hall, one decontaminated hall, four check-in counters, one of which is for the disabled, and one baggage conveyor.
The airport has a single runway numbered 19/01, 2040 m long, with a concrete surface and an apron of 228×120 m with a capacity of 3 aircraft. It also has one VOR, one NDB and one DME system.

History of Gokceada Airport
In 1998, the construction of the airport was started for humanitarian aid purposes and opened to civilian flights on August 15, 2010 with the aim of developing island tourism. The first scheduled flight took off from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport on July 12, 2011. Minister of Transportation Binali Yıldırım announced that scheduled flights to Istanbul would be operated twice a week. However, scheduled flights to the airport were suspended in October 2011, three months after the start of scheduled flights.
