Igdir Sehit Bulent Aydin Airport is the easternmost airport in Turkey, located within the borders of Igdir province. The airport is located 16 kilometers from Igdir city center.

The construction of the airport near Küllük Village, which started in 1996 but was completely halted in 2001, was resumed on June 12, 2010. The airport was inaugurated by then Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on July 13, 2012 and currently serves domestic and private jet charters.

Igdır Airport has a 3000 meter long and 45 meter wide runway, a 250 meter long and 24 meter wide taxiway, five aircraft parking lots and a 240 meter long and 120 meter wide apron. The airport also has a 7,582-meter-long perimeter road. The terminal building has an indoor area of 3,500 square meters and includes an arrivals hall, departures hall and VIP lounge.

In April 2017, Igdir Airport was renamed “Igdir Şehit Bülent Aydın Airport” in memory of Bülent Aydın, an artillery petty officer from Igdir who was killed by coup plotters during the July 15 coup attempt.
