Hawker 1000
Hawker 1000 is a Super Midsize Jet manufactured by Hawker Beechcraft, with 9 seats and used for flights up to 6,5 hours with a range of 5371 km.
One of the largest members of the DH / HS / BAe 125 / Hawker 800 series, the Hawker 1000 is the longest range corporate jet in the Hawker 800 series. As with the whole 800 series, the cabin height is 1.75 m, the cabin width is 1.83 m, and unlike the series, the cabin length is 7.44 m. With a cabin length of 1 meter longer than previous models, Hawker 1000 can carry approximately 12 pieces of baggage.
With two Pratt & Whitney Canada PW305B turbofan engines, this super midsize jet, which can reach 870 km/h, can travel between continents under favorable conditions with its increased fuel capacity. On the cockpit side, Honeywell SPX-8000 avionics package is used. Combining more affordable costs with comfort and long distance flights compared to its competitors in the super midsize cabin, the 1000 is one of the largest corporate jets in Hawker’s range of products, together with the Hawker 4000.
With Raytheon’s acquisition of British Aerospace’s corporate jet division, the BAe-125-1000 model is renamed as Hawker 1000. It has two sub-models, Hawker 1000A and Hawker 1000B, in order to appeal to different markets.
